Custom Richardson 256 Umpqua Rope Hat

Give your business, crew, or lifestyle brand a bold, design-forward look with the authentic Richardson 256 Umpqua Rope Hat. Built with a premium, lightweight 85/15 performance cotton-nylon blend and legendary craftsmanship, this custom vintage "grandpa cap" brings retro outdoor styling to a modern silhouette. It features a soft-structured, mid-pro crown with an internal flip-up mesh stay to keep its iconic shape, accented by a classic 5mm front bill rope, a modern flat visor, and integrated UPF 50+ sun protection. The seamless 5-panel layout completely eliminates the center seam, giving you a massive, uninterrupted canvas for your custom business logo or patch design to perfectly stand out.
Every single hat is precision-finished right here in Middle Tennessee. Whether you are outfitting construction crews in Nashville, customizing promo gear for an event in Franklin, or scaling a lifestyle brand across the country, we specialize in high-durability decoration. While we are proud to serve our local Middle Tennessee communities, we provide fast, reliable shipping across the entire United States to deliver retail-quality custom headwear straight to your door.
Some of our patch shape and color options are included in the photos, but are not limited to these options, shown for reference. We coordinate each order with the customer directly after an order is placed to ensure satisfaction and a custom product tailored to your specific design. Pick your hat colors and quantities with confidence and we will reach out within 24 hours to discuss details and options.
